Installing 32 IP cameras and NVR can be done any number of ways. In your case one suggestion would be to install an NVR (without built in PoE switch) and 2 PoE switches. One thing to keep in mind is you will want the NVR to be in accessible area that allows you to connect it to your the TV or monitor and to use the mouse to navigate the systems interface easily. The NVR would need an HDMI cable to connect it to the TV/Monitor and an Ethernet cable from the NVR to your router. The PoE switches can then be installed in closet. crawl space, attic or other concealed location. The cameras would wire to the PoE switch. Then only a single Ethernet cable is needed to connect the PoE switch to a second PoE switch and a single Ethernet cable from the second PoE switch to your router.
